Alberta Loosle has 15 years of Head Start experience and holds a PMP certification, making her uniquely qualified to lead complex projects, drive operational efficiency, and support program success.

Teri Peters
Teri Peters brings 15 years of experience in grant writing, crafting engaging, data-driven narratives that highlight agency strengths. Since 2019, her work has secured over $20M in annual Head Start funding.
